CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANC-SCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COLMA
CREEK MAINTENANCE REPAIRS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc-'_l of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, the City Council after -'_nspection and report of
the Director of Public Works finds and determines that certain
mmintenance repairs occasioned by emergency, which repairs are
estimated to cost less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
are necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, on the foregoing findings and determina-
tions the City Council concludes and Ceclares that the work
described as Colma Creek maintenance repairs 'is work occasioned
by an emergency, cost of which is less than Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) and finds that the public interest and
necessity demands the immediate expenditure of public monies
for the health, welfare and safety of the public and does,
therefore, order the Director of Public Works to cause the
doing of the work and completion of the maintenance repairs for
Colma Creek as set forth in inter-off:ce memorandum dated
August 27, 1968, from Robert DeHart, Associate Engineer, to
Director of Public Works, subject "CoLma Creek Maintenance
Repair- ~968-69 Budget".
