CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRB3~CISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ACTS
TO BE ACCOMPLISHED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
AND DELIVERY OF THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISH-
ING BOUNDARY 'LINE OF SAN BRU~'O SLOUGH.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco as follows:
1. That prior to the issuance and delivery of the
Agreement Establishing Boundary Line of San Bruno Slough,
Utah Construction and Mining Company shall deliver to the
City the following:
A. Quitclaim deeds to the City for the following
parcels:
(1) To a railroad easement in the area of the
South San Francisco Sewer Plant, which is
more particularly described in Exhibit A
attached hereto.
(2) Willow Avenue and inter~st in other streets
which are more particularly described in
Exhibit B attached hereto.
(3) North Canal Street, which is more particu-
larly described in Exhibit C attached hereto.
(4) A parcel in the area of the "Rod and Gun
Club Site," which is more particularly
described in Exhibit D attached hereto.
(5) Right of first refusal in a parcel more
particularly described in Exhibits E-1
and E-2 attached hereto.
2. The City Attorney be and he is authorized to accept
said quitclaim deeds on behalf of the City of South San
Francisco and record or cause recordation of said quitclaim
deeds in the official records of San Mateo County.
3. The execution of the "Right~ of First Refusal" agree-
ment between the Utah Construction ~nd Mining Company, a
corporation, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal

corporation, is hereby authorized; and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City
Clerk to attest thereto, same to be recorded in the Official
Records of the County of San Marco.

pipe monument which stands at the Westerly terminus
of said common boundary; and running from said point
of commencement, following'-the aforesaid common boundary .
