A QUITCLAIM DEED TO A PORTION OF GALWAY
PLACE
BE IT P~SOLV~D by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of a quitclaim deed
for the parcel described in Exhibit A attaChed hereto, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem are
authorized to execute said quitclaim deed for the City,
and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause same
to be recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo
County.
