A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY
REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN LAND AND DIRECTING THE FILING
OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD AREA
SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this City Council to
construct and maintain sanitary sewer mains and appurtenances
in and on the land hereinafter described,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED as
follows:
1. That the public interest and necessity require the
acquisition, construction and completion of sanitary sewer
mains and appurtenances and work auxiliary thereto, in, over,
across, under and upon the parcel of land more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof, within said city of South San Francisco,
and the taking of an easement for sanitary sewer mains and
appurtenances in, over, across, under and upon Parcel l, as more
particularly described in said Exhibit "A", is necessary for
said imprgvement.
2. That said proposed acquisition and improvement is
planned and located in the manner which will be most compatible
with the greatest public good and the least private injury, and
all of said acquisition is situated within the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California.
3o That John Noonan, City Attorney of the City of South
San Francisco, and the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch,
who are attorneys for said city be, and they are, hereby directed
to institute and conduct to conclusion an action in eminent domain
for the acquisition of the estate and interest aforesaid in and to
said Parcel l, and to take such action as is necessary therein,
and said law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch shall be paid
a reasonable fee therefor.
4o That an Order for Immediate PosSession and Use be
obtained in said action, and that a warrant b~ issued to the
County Clerk, County of San Mateo, California, in the amount
determined by the Court to be so deposited, as a condition to
the right of immediate possession°
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of February, 1969, by the
following vote:

particularly described as follows:
Being the most westerly ten feet of Lot 4 and Lot 5,
Block l, South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No. l, more
part. icularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most northwesterly corner of Lot 4,
Block l, South San FranciSco Industrial Park Unit NO o i as
recorded, in Volume 46, pages 5, 6 and 7 of Maps of the Official
Records of the County of San Mateo, State of California; thence
f. rom said point of beEinning p,r, oceedlng on the northerly lot line

0° 01' 02" East, 393.52 feet to a point on the westerly right of
