HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5070-1969 RESOLUTION NO. 5070 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION VACATING AN UNUSED EASEMENT--PORTION' 0FCALLAN BOULEVARD. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. The Council finds and determines that the portion of Callan Boulevard dedicated in the final map entitled "Westborough - West Park Units 1 and 2, South San Francisco, California", recorded the 19th day of November, 1964, in Book 61, pages 11 through 19, which portion is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, has not been used for the purposes for which it was dedicated or acquired and same is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. 2. The Council therefore orders that the portion of Callan Boulevard described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto be vacated and abandoned. 3. The Council orders that this Resolution vacating and abandoning said easements be recorded in the official records of San Marco County. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a held on the 7th day of April following vote: meeting 19 6.9., by the AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J.
