A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council or. the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the Council of said City has ascertained the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in
which public work is proposed to be performed for work of a
similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention
No. 5697, adopted October 18, 1971;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and
contained in the specifications for said project, copies of
which are on file in the office of the Engineer of Work and
also in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, this Council has '~dUlY'considered said sCale and

finds the same to be correct in all particulars; ยท
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth in said speCifica-
tions is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate
of per diem wages for work of a similar character to that above
described in the locality in which such public work is proposed
to be performed.
2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under
said Resolution of Intention.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 7th day of FebruarY,~1972, by the following
vote:
