AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 3-86
JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED
POLETTI TRUST PROPERTIES.
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco (hereinafter "City")
and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
(hereinafter "Agency") adopted Resolution Numbers 73, 74 and 75
which Resolutions authorized the acquisition of certain property
for redevelopment purposes by the Agency on August 28, 1985; and
WHEREAS, due to a change in the design of the public project
for which the property is being acquired herein it is necessary to
amend and supplement the aforementioned Resolutions as to the
description of the property being acquired therein and to provide
for a taking pursuant to C.C.P.'~ 1240.420.
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED AND RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND THE REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, as follows:
1. The City and Agency amend and supplement the aforementioned
Resolutions previously adopted August 28, 1985 by deleting Exhibit "A"
attached thereto to each Resolution and replacing it with a new
Exhibit "A" on each Resolution which are attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference as though set forth in its entirety
and to pr6vide that the taking of Parcel 5b shall be pursuant to
C.C.P. § 1240.420.
2. In all other respects the aforementioned Resolutions .pre-
viously adopted August 28, 1985 remain the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a joint meeting of the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco and the Board of Directors of the

Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo
County, California, held on the 12th day of February ,
1986 by the following vote, to-wit;
