REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARCELIZATION OF AGENCY OWNED
PROPERTY CONSISTING 'OF 14 PARCELS AND A PORTION OF
THIRD LANE CONTAINING 2.192 ACRES LOCATED BETWEEN GRAND
AND BADEN AVENUES WEST OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE
(MAGNOLIA SCHOOL SITE)
WHEREAS, the AGENCY desires to combine and resubdivide the property as
required by the Subdivision Map Act (commencing at Government Code Section
66410) in order to consolidate 14 separate lots and a portion of an alley
into one parcel; and
WHEREAS, the AGENCY desires to dedicate on the property an easement for
street and utility purposes for use as a turnaround for Third Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. Map Preparation
The Executive Director shall cause the property to be parcelized
in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act and with Title 19 of the South
San Francisco Municipal Code.
2. Street Right-of-Way Dedication
The Executive Director is authorized to dedicate, to the public,
on behalf of the Agency, an easement for street and utility purposes for use
as a turnaround for Third Lane.
3. Map Execution
The Executive Director is hereby authorized to sign the parcel map
owner's certificate {as required by Government Code Section 66445{e), on
behalf of the Agency.
4. Recordation
The Executive Director is authorized and directed to record or
cause recordation of the map in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
at a Regular meeting held on the 13th day of May , 1987, by
the following vote:
AYES: Chairman Mark N. Addie§o; Vice Chairman Jack Drago; Member Richard
A. Haffey; Member Gus Nicolopulos; Member Roberta Cerri Teglia
