REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE
DRAFT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE EL CAMINO
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT REPORT PREPARED THEREFOR
WHEREAS, pursuant to the California Redevelopment Law
(Health & Safety Code §33000 et seq.) and to the direction by
the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco
(the "Agency") staff and consultants have prepared for
distribution to each affected taxing entity a Draft
Redevelopment Plan for the E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment
Project (the "Draft Plan") and a Draft Environmental Impact
Report (the "Draft EIR" ) on the E1 Camino Corridor
Redevelopment Project (the "Project") and the City of South San
Francisco General Plan Amendment; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Community Redevelopment
Law and the California Environmental Quality Act, the Agency is
required to distribute the Draft Plan and Draft EIR to all
affected taxing entities, the Planning Commission of the City
of South San Francisco (the "Planning Commission"), the Fiscal
Review Committee, and to various other interested persons and
entities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of South Francisco as follows:
1. That staff is hereby authorized and directed to
distribute the Draft Plan and Draft EIR to all affected taxing
entities, the Planning Commission, the Fiscal Review Committee,
and to various other interested persons and entities as
required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San Francisco at reqular meeting held
on the 27th day of January , 1993 by the following
vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago. Joseph A. Fern~k~, and Roh~rt Yee
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: B0ardmember John R. Penna, and Chairwnman Rnh~fa Cer~i Teg]ia
ABSENT: None
