WHEREAS George A. Eneese, Superintendent of Streets of the 0ity of
South San ~rancisco did, on the 15th day of March, 1929, duly file with the City Clerk
of said City an ~assessment covering the improvemen~ work described in the Resolution
of Intention No. 60, passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
~rancisco on the 4th day of June, 1928; and
WHEREAS the City Clerk thereupon duly fixed Monday, the 15th day of
April, 1929, and the Council Chamber of the City Council of said City, in the City
Hall, as the time and place, when and where all persons interested in the work done
u~er said assessment, or in said assessment, shall be heard by said City Counci];
and
WHEREAS said notice has been duly posted and published as required
by law, as appears from the affidavit of Daniel McSweeney, City Clerk of said City,
and the affidavit of A. E. Bramble; and
WHEREAS no person has at any time appealed to the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco, or made objection in writing or otherwise, to said
ass e s sm ent.
RESOLVED by said City Council that said assessment hereinbefore re-
ferred to be, and the same hereby is approved and confirmed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco, this
15th day of April, 1929, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen, A.J. Eschelbach, R. Tibbetts, R. Lloyd and A. Hynding.
