RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
LAND ANn I~PROVEMENT COMPANY.
TANFORAN AVENUE.
DOLLAR AVENUE.
LINDEN AVENUE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
deed of South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company dated June 2nd, 1930, and
conveying to said City .of South San Francisco all those certain tracts or parcels
of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL ONE.
Astrip of land 60.2 feet wide measured at right angles to, and adjacent
northerly to the northerly line of that certain subdivision as shown on a certain
map entitled "M~p of Block l, 2 and 3 San Bruno Park 5th Addition, San Mateo Co.,
Cal." filed for record November 12th, 1906, in Volume B of Maps at page ll, San
Mateo County Records; and extending from the westerly right of way~ line of the
Southern Pacific Company's line known as the Bay Shore cut-off, to the easterly
right of way line of the Southern Pacific Company's Valencia Street Branch.
PARCEL TWO
A strip of land 60 feet in width adjacent and parallel to the westerly
right of way line of the Southern Pacific Company's line known as the Bay Shore
cut-off, extending from a line parallel with aud distant 60.2 feet measured at
right angles northerly from the northerly line and its extension easterly of that
certain subdivision, as shown on that Map entitled "Map of Blocks l, 2 &
Bruno Park 5th Addition, San Mateo Co., Cal." as filed for record November l~th,
1906, in Volume B of Maps at page ll, San Mateo County Records, and extending
northerly to the southerly line of Linden Avenue,
PARCEL THREE.
A strip of land 80 feet in width being 30 feet measured at right angles
on either side of the following described centerline;
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly extension of the center-
line of Linden Avenue with the Southerly line of Railroad Avenue in the City of
South San Francisco, California; ~unning thence South 15° 33' West 3296.07 feet;
thence curving to the lef~t'on the arc of a 375 foot radius curve, with a central
angle of 800 ol' E3", a distance~ of 523.75 feet; thence South 6~6 28' 2~" East
60 feet more ore less to the westerly right of way line of the Southern Pacific
Company's line known as the Bay Shore cut-off,
be, and the same hereby is accepted for the purposes set forth in said deed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing, resolution was regularly introduced
and'adopted by the City Council of the'City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day
of June, 1930, by the following vote;
