WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San ~ranci6co did, on the
16th day of June. 1930, pass its Resolution of Intention No, ?1 to order the certain
street work in said resolution of intention described to be done. to which resolution
of intention reference is hereby made for further, particulars; and
WHEREAS~ in said resolution of intention Monday, the ?th day of J. uly, 1930,
at the hour of ?:30 0'clo$k p. m. was fixed as. the time when any and all persons
having any objections to the said proposed work and improvement might appear before
said City Council and show cause why said imProvements sho~uld not be carried o~t in
accordance with said' resolution of intention; and
WHEREAS certain owners of property liable to be assessed for said work have
made written protests or objections against said proposed work and have delivered
the same to the Ci~ty Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS the~hearing on s~id protests was duly continued until the 14th day
of July, 19~0, at the hour Of 7:30 o'clock p. m.; and
WHEREAS said City Council has duly considered all s~id protests and
ob jections;
. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that all
said protests and objections against said proposed work and improvement be, and
the same are hereby over-ruled and denied.

and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 21st day
