RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPR0~T
COMPANY CONVEYING RIGHT 0F WAY TO CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
RESOLVED by the City Co~zucil of the City of South San Francisco that,
the deed executed by South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a cor-
poration, to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, on the
20th day of July, 1929, wherein a right of way for the construction and main-
tenance of a sewer or sewers for drainage and sanitary pruposes across and
through those certain tracts or parcels of land situate in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly
described as follows, to--wit:
PARC ~EL ONE
A strip of land 20 feet wide, measured ten feet at right angles on
either side of the following described centerline.
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Swift Avenue, said
point being 'distant North 89v 52' 30" East 9~.~9 feet from the intersection
of the said southerly line of Swift Avenue and the easterly line of the South-
ern Pacific Company's right of way; running thence from said point of beginning

South 16° 13' 25" East 945.90 feet to a point in the northerly line of the right of way of
the South S~u Francisco Belt Railway.
PARCEL TW~0
A strip of land 15 feet in width 7.50 feet on either side of the following described
centerline:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of that 0.352 acre tract deeded by the
South San ~rancisco Land and Improvement Company to the ~Sierra and San Francisco Power
Company~ as recorded in Volume 218 of Official Records at page 45, San MatZo County
O ! ·
Records; said point being distant North 8 59 46" West 211.22 feet from the most
southerly corner of said 0.352 acre tract; running thence westerly onthe arc of a
curve to the left with a radius of 925 feet, a central angle of 10o 21' 28", the
tangent to said curve at its be§inning bears North 51° 38' 32" West, a distance
of 167.22 feet; thence North 62 West 252.75 feet; thence on the arc of a curve to
the right with a radius of 100 feet a central angle of 52° 13' El" a distance of
91.15 feet; thence North 90 46' 39" West 9.51 feet; thence on the arc of a curve
to the left with a radius of 65 feet, a central angle of 44° 59' 13", a distance of
50.66 feet; thence North 54o 25' 52" west ll,~3 feet to the southerly line of Linden
Avenue.
PARCEL THREE
A strip of land being 19.98 feet in width adjacent to the southerly
line of that parcel of land conveyed by the South San Francisco Land and Improve-
ment Company to M, E. Eontana, as recorded in Volume 25 of Official Records;
at page 9, San N~teo County Records; said strip°extends 7.50 feet at right angles
northerly and 12.48 feet at right angles southerly to the above mehtioned south-
erly boundary line, from the following described centerline; Beginning at a
point in the ~asterly line o£ San Bruno ~Road s~id point being distant North
40~ 04' 42" -East 53.35 feet and North 52~ 25~ 45" East 33.03 feet from a point
identified as monument No. 3, as the same is shown on that certain map entitled
'~Map of a Survey made for P. E. Iler of lands purchased in the Buri Buri Rancho
~nd Sections 21, 22, 23,, 26, 27 and 28, Township ~ South, Range 5 West, recorded
in Book E of Ma~s at page 79, San Mateo County Records, State of California;
(said monument 1~o. 3 being now marked by ~ nail in the center of San Bruno Road)
Running thence from said point of beginning South 52° 28' ~5" East 3~3.65 feet;
thence on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of Zoo feet, a central
angle of 16° 3~' 04", a distance of 86.84 feet to the southerly boundary line
of the above mentioned M.E. Eontana tract,
is conveyed, be, and the sa~e hereby is accpted.

I hereby certify that the foregoing ~esolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council o£ the City of South San Francisco this 15th day
of Septe~ber,~ 1930, by the following vote:
