Whereas it appears to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the assessments against the lan herei'nafter described and involved in the action
hereinafter gentioned, have been paid; ~.
Reso~ed by said City Council that the. City Attorney be, and he hereby is
directed to cause the property hereinafter described to be released from the lien
of that certain Judg!n~ent made and entered in the action in the Superior Court of the
State of California, in and for the County of ~an ].~teo, No. 8119 therein, and en-
titled City of South San Francisco, a municipal, corporation, plaintiff, vs. Santa .
Clara Valley Land Company, a corporation, et al.,. defmndants: said laUd consists of
all those certain lo~s or ~racels of land situate in the City of South S~n Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of Cglifornia, ~nd described as follows, to-wit:
Lots humbered Fourteen (14) gnd Sixteen ('16) in Block numbered One (1), as
shown upon that certain mzp entitled "Section West of Railroad of the Town of Baden",
which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of S~n ~{ateo,
Cn~lifornia, November ~0, 1591, iu Volume "E" of ~aps at page 6~.
