A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING
FOR HOLDING A GENF_~AL M~NICIPAL ELECTION
IN SAID CITY ON THE llth DAY 0~' APRIL, 1932.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that, for
the purpose of holding the general municipal election in said City on the llth day
of April, 1932, as provided by l~w, said City be, and the same hereby is divided
into four (4) election precincts to be known as Consolidated Vo~ing Precinct "A"',
Consolidated Voting Precinct "B", Consolidated Voting Precinct ~'C" and Consolidated
Voting Precinct "D", respectively,
Consolidated Voting Precinct "A" shall include all the territory described
in South ~an Francisco Precinct No. 2, South San Francisco Precinct No. 2, and
South San Francisco Precinct No. 4, as established by that certein resolution
entitled "Resolution and order dividing San Matee County into' election precincts
and establishing the boundaries thereof," passed and adopted by the Board of
Supervisors of the County, of San Mateo, California, November 16, 19~1, and the po~ling
place £or said Consolidated Voting Precinct "A" shall be in Brawn's Garage, at No. 628
Miller Avenue, in said City of 'Sou~h San Francisco. ,
Consolidated Voting Precinct "B" shall include all the territory described in
S~uth Sam Francisco Precinct No. 5, S~dth San ~rancisco Preoinct No. 6, and South
San Francisco Precinct No. 7, as established by said'resolution of the Board of
Supervisors of said County of San Marco, ~nd the polling place for said Con-
solidated Voting Precinct "B" shall be in the store room at No1. 4?? Grand Avenue
in said City.
Consolidated Voting,Precinct "C'~' sh~ll include all the territory described in
South San Francis,co Precinct No. ~, South ~an Francisco Precinct No. 8 and South
San FranciSco Precinct No. 9, as established by said resolution of the Board of
Supervisors of said County of San Mateo, and the polling place for said con-
solidated Voting Precinct "C" shall be at No. 219 Linden Avenue, in said City.
Consolidated Votin~ Precinct "~" shall include all the territory described
in South San Francisco Precinct No. 10, South San Srancisco Precinct No. ll and
South San Francisco Precinct No. 12, as established by said resolutio~ of the Board
of Supervisors of said County of San Mateo, and the polling place for said Con-
solidated Voting Precinct "D" shall be in the store room at the northwest corner
of Pine Avenue and Linden Avenue in said City.

At said general municipal election the polls in each of said Consolidated
Voting Precincts shall be opened ~t sic (6) o'clock a. m. of the day of election
sand shall be kept open until seven (7) o'clock p~. m. of said day, when the polls
shall be closed.
A sufficient number of ballots shall be and is hereby directed to be pre-
pared and c~used to be printed for said precircts as provided by law and upon the
proper kind of paper, to-wit; the same as used at the general elections in the
State of California, by the Clerk of the City of South S~n Francisco and shall
by furnished and provided for the use of the voters at said general election.
The City Clerk is hereby also directed to procure the necessary voting booths
and see that they are properly erected au~ to secure all necessary election
materials a~d supplies required by law.
Said City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of said election by
p~blication thereof once in "The Enterprise ~nd The South San ~ranc isco Journal,
a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City, in
the manner and form required by law.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this
7th day of March, 1932, by the following vote:
