RESOLVF~ by the City Council of the City of South San Franciece that the
offer made in behalf of O. M. Hiserman and t/ilary J. Furlong to pay the sum of
Six Hundred and Seventy Dollars ($670.00~ in satisfaction of the claim of said
City of 3curb San FranctsCe for damages resulting from injuries to the fire truck
of said City of South San Francisco known as Engine l/o. 2, in a collision between
an automobile belonging to said 0. I/, Rlserman and driven by said t/ilary J. ~urlong.
and said Engine ~/o, ~' be, and the same hereby is accepted.
The Mayor 8f said City and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
inthe name of said City of South 3an Francisco and under its seal. to execute a
document of appropriate form to release said O. M. Biserman and ~ilary J. Furlong
upon the payment of said sum of 3ix Hundred and Seventy Dollars ($670.00~, fro~
liability by reason of said collision. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to dismiss the action co~enced in the Superior court of the State of
California, in and for the County of San Mateo, wherein said City of South
Francisco is plaintiff, and said 0. M, Hiserman and Hilary J. Furlong are de-
fendants, the same being numbered 2050~. in said Superior Court.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 28th day of
