SITTING AS A BOARD 0F EQUALIZATION, ADOPTING MAP TO SUPPORT DESCRIPTIONS IN
ASSE~$~T ROLL FOR
FISOAL YEAR 19~-195A
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Franciece, sitting
as a Board of Equalization, .that the certain m~_p designated "Hap of South San
FranCisco, San Nmteo County 19Z2", composed of two sheets and now em file with
the City Clerk of said City of South Sau ~ramisco, as ex-officio clerk of the
said Board. of Equalization be, and the same is hereby adopted~ by said City Council,
meting as such Board of Equalization, for the purposes of supporting descriptions
of all lands referred to in the assessment roll of said City fer the fiscal year
commencing on the 1st day of July,. 1933, and ending on the 30th day of June, 1934,
which said lands are not described in said ~ssessment roll by lot and bloak numbers
upon any subdivision m~p, and for the purposes of aiding in rendering descriptions
appearing in said assessment to'il by meets and bounds definite and certain, end
for all the purposes hereinbefore recited, said map and the delineations of the
land represented thereon by descriptions in meets and bounds are made a part of
said assessment roll, the same as if said descriptions on said map were fully
entered upon said assessment roll.
Be in further resolved by said City Council that said City Council here-
by declares that the parcels of land indicated on said map by Zone "A" Zone "B"

Beginning at northeasterly corner of Grand Avenue and Mission Road;
thence northerly along Mission Road to northerly City Limits on
Mission Road;
thence northeasterly along City boundry line to Hillside Avenue;
thence southeasterly along Hillside Boulevard to Chestnut Avenue;

erty to the intersection of said Pacific Coast Jockey
Club property with the westerly right of way line of the
Market Street Railway;
thence northerly along westerly line of the Market Street Rail-
way right of way to intersection with the westerly line
of Chestnut Avenue;
of all lands referred to in the assessment roll of said City for th~
commencing on the 1st day of July, 1933, and ending on the 30th day of June,
which said lands are not described in said assessment roll by lot and block numbers

The purpose of said map and this resolution is hereby declared to be
correct the descriptions in said assessment roll by aiding in the identifi-
cation of all land referred to in said assessment roll and not described
by lot and block numbers of any subdivisien map of lands in said City of
South San ~rancisco. ~
The City Clerk, as assessor of said City 'is hereby directed to enter
in said assessment roll at the respective places where any property is re-
ferred to; but not described by lot and block numbers on any subdivision
map, references to the respective zones, appearing on said map, in which
said property, not described by said lot and block numbers, is situate.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the 0ity of South San
Francisco, sitting as a Board of Equalization, on the 5th day of
