CITY 0F SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO IN RESPONSE TO A CA~ FOR ASSISTANOE.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South ~an FraneiBco that the
Chief Engineer of the ~ire Department of said city be, and he is hereby authorized,
when, in his Judgment he may deem it proper, to permit one fire truck belonging to
said city to be removed from said city in response to a call for assistance to ex-
tinquish a fire in any city in the County of San Mateo, where a fire department is
maintained, and where provisions exist for allowing fire extinquishing apparatus
to be used in aiding other cities in San Mateo County. In no event, however,
shall both fire trucks belonging to said city be removed from the boundaries of
said city at the same time.

I hereby Certify that the foregoing, resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco this 6th day
of November, 19~3, by-the following vote:
