DEED OF EASEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE
OF DRAINAGE CHANNEL 0R CANAl.
RESOLOVED by t he City Council of the City of South San Francisco that that certain
deed dated the 23rd day of November, 1935, wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvement
Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of C~ ifornia,
conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement or right of way for the construction
and maintenance of a drainage channel or canal through and across the land hereinafter
described, be, and the same hereby is accepted.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all t hose certain parcels or t facts
of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of Calif-
ornia, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL
A strip of land 50 feet in width, 25 feet on each
side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Linden
Avenue that bears S 15o 33' W 8V0.52 feet along said
line from the southeasterly corner of Block 122 as said
Block is shown on Plat No. 2 Subdivision of Blocks 98,
99 ll9 and 122 South San Francisco, recerded in Book
"D$ of Maps at page 62, San Mateo County Records; thence
from said point of beginning N 74o 27' W 100.00 feet.
Containing 0.115 acres more or less.
PARCEL 2.
B~ginning at a point on the easterly line of Linden
Avenue distant thereon S 15o 33' W 845.52 feet from the
southerly line of Railroad Avenue, said point being the
northwesterly corner of that certain 0.50 acre t tact
conveyed to J. S. Baker by deed recorded in Volume 356
of Official Records of San Mateo County at page 188;
thence from said point of beginning along the northerly
line of said tract S V~° 27' E.~ 50.24 feet to a point and
easterly on the arc of a curve to the right, said curve
having a radius of 9V5 feet aud being tangent to the last
mentioned course at the last mentioned point, a distance
of 183,$6 feet to the westerly line of the right of way
of the Southern Pacific Company; thence along the said
westerly line northerly on the arc of a curve to the right
said curve having a radius of 23~1.88 feet, 50 feet more or
less to the southeasterly corner of that certain 0.630 acre
tract conveyed to D. Ratto and G. Be ltrami by deed recorded
in Volume 507 of Official Records of San Mateo Cou~t y at
page 264; thence along the ~ utherly line of said 0.630
acre tract, westerly on the arc of a curve to the
left said curve having a radius of 1025 feet, and
the tangent to which bears N 63° 15' 08~ W at the
aforementioned southeasterly corner, a distance of
200.30 feet to a point, and along a line tangent
to the lest mentioned curve at the last mentioned
point N 74° 27' ~ 50.24 feet to the easterly line
of Linden Avenue; thence along said easterly line
S 15° 33' W 50 feet to the point of beginning.
Containg 0.25 acres more or less.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 25th day of November, 1935, by
the following vote:
