AND lABOR TO THE CITY OF SOU~H SAN FRANCISD0 FOR THE
WORK OF STRAIGHTENEING AND CONFINING A PORTION OF COLMA
CREEK AND A PORTION OF BADEN CREEK.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open
session, on the 2 4th day of February, 1936, publicly open, examine and declare
all sealed proposals or bids for furnishing the equipment and labor to be used
in the work of straightening and confining the portion of Colma Creek and the
portion of Baden Creek shown upon the plans adopted for said work by said City
~uncil on the 6th day of May, 1935, which equipment and la'or are to consist
of the following:
Two (2) one year drag lines or two (2) three-fourths yard drag lines,
two (2) thirty horse pOWer bull-dozers or two (2) forty-five horse power bull-
dozers; and two (2) f0u~ ton t~ucks ~net load)'or two i2) fiv~ ton trucks (net~
load); housesmiths, concrete finishers, culvert pipe layers, painters, drag line
operators, bull-dozer operators and truck drivers;
Resolved by said City Council that all said bids be, and the same hereby
are rejected.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 9th day
of March, 1938, by the following vote:
