DUE UPON C0if~RACT ~VITH JAI~.~S D. NEALL.
~'~tEREAS Jamed D. Neall, of the County of San ~iateo, State of California,
as party of the first part, entered into a contract v~ith the City of South San
Francisco, as party of the second part, which contracr bears date the 4thd ay of
February, 1936, for furnishing and driving certain Douglas fir piles on Linden
Avenue in said city; and
WHEREAS said work has been completed and the total amount which became
due to said James D. Neall under said contract is Eleven Hundred and Two and 25/100
Dollars (~1102.2~); and
WP~REAS the amount unpaid upon said contract is Six Hundred and Two and
25~100 Dollars ($602.25); and
~V~EREAS said James D. Neall has heretofore assigned his interest in said
contract to E. Venturini and V. Pariani;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city pay to E. Venturini and V. Pariani said sum of Six Hundred and Two and 25/100
Dollars ($602.25), in full satisfaction of the amount of~money payable under said
contract.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South gan Francisco, this 20th day
of April, 19~6, by the following vote:
