FOR AUT0~0BILE.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the
15th day of June, 1936, duly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals for
furnishing to said city a Lincoln Zephyr Sedan, A Buick Sedan, Model No. 61, a
Packard Sedan with one hundred and twenty (l~0) inch wheelbase and a Studebaker
Sedan, President 8 Model;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City Council does hereby reject all said sealed proposals, except that next here-
inafter mentioned, and hereby awards to M. Belli Co.. Ltd. t~he contract for
furnishing to said city a Buick Sedan, Model No. 61 automobile, of the type here-
inafter more particularly designated, for the sum of Fourteen Hundred and Sixty-
three and 63/100 Dollars.(~1463.63).
Said City Council hereby accepts the offer of said ~t Belli Co.. Ltd.
to purchase the Dodge automobile now owned by said City of South San Francisco
and now used by the Police Department of said city for the sum of Seven Hundred
Dollars ($700.00). Said last mentioned sum of money shall be deducted from the
sum of money first hereinbefore mentioned, and the warrant of said City of
South San Francisco shall be issued to said M. Belli & Co., Ltd. for said sum of
Seven Hundred and Sixty-three and 63/100 Dollars ($V63.83).
The automobile last hereinbefore mentioned, and to be acquired by said
City of South San Francisco, is designated as Buick Sedan, Model No. 61, and
shall be equipped as in the bid of said ~f. Belli & Co., Ltd. specified.
The Mayor of said City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk are here-
by.. authorized and directed, in the name of said City of South San Francisco and under
its corporate seal, to execute to said successful bidder all documents necessary to
transfer the title of said Dodge automobile, now owned by said city, from said City
of South San Francisco to said successful bidder.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 15th day of
Ju~e, 1936 by the following vote:
