RESOLVED by the city council of the city of 8curb ~an Francisco that sa id
city enter into a license agreement with Southern Pacific Company, a corporatlen,
for the construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation of a 4' x 4' con-
~x~te box storm sewer th~ou~ the right-of-way et a portion of the Bayaho~e Branch
of said Southern .Pacific Company, lying easterly and westerly from the soutl~rn
port.~'on of Linden Avenue in said city,'
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby a~thorized and directed, in behalf
ef said city of South San F~anUisco and under its seal, to execute the agreement
hereby authorized. ~ . ,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the city Council 'of the city of South San Francisco, this 29th
day of November, 1937, by the following vote:
