RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED I~ROM SOWI~ ~ FRANCISCO
LAND AND IMPROV]~E~ COMP~tNY
SEWERS IN SOUTH INDUSTRIAL AREA
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South Ban Fl~heisco that the
deeH dated November 29, 1937., wt~ein ~OUT~ SAN FF~NCISCO LA~D'AND I~PROVEMENT
COMPANY, a corporation orgaX~zed and existing under the laws of the State of
California, conveys an easement for the construction and maintenance of storm sewers and
sA~tax-y sewers in _~nd through the land hereinafter described be, and the same is here-
by accepted.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of all thcs ~tain t~acts o r par-
cels o~ land situate in the city of South San l~anoisoo, County of San Marco, State of
California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
PARCEL ONE. .
A 'strip of land 10 feet in width, 5 feet of which lies on each side of the
following described center line:
BEGINNING AT a point on the Southeasterly line of Linden Avenue as extended
Southwesterly from Linden Avenue as shown on that certain ~a_p entitled ~Plat No. 2
Subdivision of Blocks 98, 99, 119, 122, South S_~_~ Francisco", which map was filed
for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Marco, State of Calif-
ornia, in Book 3 of Maps at page 4, from which point a concrete monument marking the
beginning of a curve in the Nortlzeesterly line of said Linden Avenue bears North 740
2V' West ~0 feet and South l~e 33 ~ West 231.93 feet, said point of beginning being
Northwesterly, northerly and Northeasterly along the Northeasterly, Easterly and
Soutlreasterly line of Linden Avenue 1288 feet more or less from the point of inter-
section of the Northeasterly line of Linden Avenue with the Westerly line of Sa n
Bx~no Road; thence from said point of beginning South V4° 2?' East 223 feet mcr · or
less te the right of way of the Bayshore cut-off of the Southern Pacific Company.
PARCEL T~O.
A strip of land 10 feet in width, 5 feet of which lies on each side of the
following described line:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Co~pany
right of way for Spur Track as said right of way is described in deed recorded in Book
2~2 of Official Records of the Cc~nty of San Marco, State of California, at page 449,
which point bears North 15° ~3' East 221e9~ feet along the Northwesterly line of Linden
Avenue and North V4O 2V' West..243 feet from a concrete monument marking the beginning
of a curve in said Northwesterly line of Linden Avenue, said Linden Avenue bein~ the
Southwesterly extensio~ of Linden Avenue as shown on .that certain map entitled "Plat
No. 2 SubdiviSion of Blocks 98, 99, 119, ~22, South San Francisco", which map wa~
filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Marco, Stat · of
California, in Book 3 of Maps at page 4~ said monument being Northwesterly Northerly
and Northeasterly along the Southwesterly Westerly and Northwesterly line of Linden
Avenue 570 feet more or less from the point of intersection of said Southwesterly
line of Linden Avenue with the Westerly line of Dollar~ Avenue as conveyed to the City
of South San F~ancisco b~'deed recorded in Book 275 of Deeds at page 44, San Matee

449, which point bears North 15° S3' East 2~1.95 feet along the Northwesterly line of
Linden Avenue and North V4o 27' West 245 feet from a concrete monument marking the
beginning of a curve in said Northwesterly line of Linden ~venue, said Linden Avenue
being the Southwesterly extension of Linden Avenue as shown on that certain ma~ en-
titled "Plat No. 2 Subdivision of Blocks 98, 99, 119, 122, South San F~ancisco", which
map was filed for ~cord in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California, in Book 5 of Maps at page 4, said monument being Northwesterly
Northerly and no~th easterly along the southwesterly Westerly ~d Northwesterly line
of Linden Avenue 5VO feet more or less from the point of intersection of said South
westerly line of Linden Avenue with the Westerly line of Dollar Avenue as conveyed
to the City of South San Francisco by deed recorded in Book 2V5 of Deeds at page 44,
San Marco County Records; thence from said point of beginning North V4° 2V' West
203.29 feet to a point; thencg along the arc of a curve to the left, said chive
having a radius ef 205 feet and being tangent to the last mentioned course at t he
last mentioned point, Northwesterly, Westerly and Southwesterly, a distance of
265.15 feet to a point; thence along a line tangent to the last mentioned curve at
the last mentioned point South 31° 26' 30" West 660.31 feet; thence South 80 55' 10"
west 352.50 feet; thence south 64° 00~ West 108 feet more or less to a point on. the
Easterly line of the ri~th of way of the Valencia branch of the Southern Pacific
Company which Point is located opposite the opening of an existing culvert under
the railroad embankment,
