RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR.
1938 - 1939.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San F~snctsco that the number
of cents to be paid to said city of South San F~ancis¢o upon each one hundred (100) dol-
lars of the property taxable bY said munictpality wlthin said City of South S~n
F~snoiseo, and hereby levied upon for the purposes of the several funds hereinafter
rimmed for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1938, and ending June 30, 1939, be, and the
hereby are designated as follows:
ON ALL PROPER~£ CONTAINED WITHIN THE
ORIGINAL CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF SAID
CITY 0F SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
General Fund $ .92
Fund for the payment of municipal
improvement sewer bonds, Series 1913

Fund for the payment of the municipal
improvement bonds, Series 1919

Park Fund .13
And said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of sai& City at the sum of
One and 26/100 Dollars ($1.26) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of the lr operty of
the property taxable by said municipality and contained within the original corporate
boundaries of said City of South San Francisco, the same being the aggregate of the a-
mounts set opposite the foregoing funds, a~d hereby levies the sum of One and 26/100
Dollars ($1.q6) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of all the property taxable by said
municipality and contained within:~the~Original corporate boundaries of said City of
South San Francisco, and orders the same to be collected.
ON ALL PROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE LAND ANNEXED TO SAID
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO BY A
SPECIAL ELECTION HELD MARCH 13, 1916.

And said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said City at the sum of
One. and 23/100 ($1.$3) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of the property taxable by
said municipality which is contained withing the boundaries of the land annexed to said
City of South San Francisco by a special election held March 13, 1916, the same being
the aggregate of the amounts set opposite the funds last hereinbefore set forth, and
hereby levies the sum of One and 237100~($1.~3) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of
all the property taxable by said municipality within the boundaries of the land annexed
to said City of South San Francisco as aforesaid, and orders the same to be collected.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and a-
dopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 6th day of Sept-
ember, 1939, by the following vote:
