C0~PANY vs~ CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of South San Francisco that the
sum of Seventeen Hundred and Fifty-two and 4/100 Dollars ($1752.04) be paid to
Union Paving Company in full satisfaction of the demand of said Union Paving Ccc
by ~eason of the work performed by said Union Paving Co. in improving the portion
of Linden Avenue from a point four hundred (400) feet south of Railroad Avenue
to a point twenty-nine hundred (2900) feet south of Railroad Avenue, upon the ex-
press condition that said Union Paving Co. cause its action No. 29125 in the
Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Marco,
entitled Union Paving Co., a corporation, plaintiff, vs. City of South San Fran-
cisco, a municipal corporation, defendant, to be dismissed, with prejudice.
The city clerk is hereby authorized to draw a warrant upon the treasurer
of said city for said amount and to deliver the same to said Union Paving Co. in
exchange for a dismissal of the above mentioned action.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the city of South San Francisco, this ?th day of
August, 19~9, by,the following vote:
