RESOLUTION OF CONDOLENCE ON DEATH OF
W. H. DINNING, CITY JUDGE.
WHEREAS W. H. DINNING departed this life on the 13th day of October,
1939; and
~REAS for many years W. H; Dinning was a well esteemed resident of
the City of South San Francisco and had an important part in the growth of this
city during the years of his residence here; and
WHEREAS W. H. Dinning served the public honestly and efficiently as a
member of the Board of Education, and also a member of the Board of Library T~uste~
of this city, and held the office of City Judge at the time of his death;
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that th~
city council laments the passing of W. H. Dinning and extends its sympahhy to the
members of his family in the[~ hou~ of breavement.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the city council of the city of South San Francisco this 18th day
of October, 1939, by the following vote:
