A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1512 ~TITLED "A RFSOLUTION ORDERING

APPURTENA3~T FACILITIES," ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE 20TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1950.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as
follows:
The first paragraph of the notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for
the reconstruction and enlargement of the existing sewage pumping station, the installation
of sewage pumps and the construction of appurtenant facilities in the City of South San
Francisco, which appears on Page 3 of Resolution No. 1512 entitled "A RESOLUTION OR-
DERING RECONSTRUCTION AND ~LARG~T OF EXISTI~G S~AGE PU~IWG STATION IN THE CIndY OF
SOUTH SiN FRANCISCO AND THE INSTALLATION OF S~?lqE PUMPS AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF APPURTE-
NANT FACILITIES," adopted by the City Council On the 20th day of February, 1950, is hereby
amended so that said paragraph, as amended, shall read as follows:
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals or bids will be received
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco on Monday, the 20th day of March,
1950, at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m., for doing the following improvement work, to-wit:
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said notice to be published
by two (2) insertions, not less than five (5) days apart, in the Enterprise, a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 6th day of March,
1950, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chas. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
