· oED AUTOMOBILES.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
permission be and the same hereby is granted to FRANK CALERIO for the sale of used auto-
mobiles at the premises in said City of South San Francisco designated as follows:
E1 Camino Real. The permission hereby granted is granted upon the express conditions as
follows:
on said premises;
1. No automobile shall be wrecked, dismantled, repaired, or painted
2. Said premises shall be used for the purpose of offering, storing
and exposing automobiles for sale, and for no other purpose;
3. Ail automobiles kept upo~ said premises shall be maintained in a
clean condition and with the tires inflated, at all times, with the number of pounds of air
pressure permitted in such tires;
A. At no time may new or used automobile parts, accessories, equipment,
except as herein expressly provided, imbricating oils, greases or gasoline be kept for sale
or sold upon said premises.
In the event of the violation of any one of the foregoing conditions
by any person or persons upon said premises, the city council shall revoke the permit
hereby granted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular marketing
of the city council, this 3rd day of April, 1950, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Leo Ferko~ Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Charles Elder, Victor Boido.
Noes, Councilmen, None.
Absent, Councilmen, None.
