RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION OF TUNITAS LANE
AND CERTAIN PI~LIC UTILITY EASemENTS DESIGNATED
ON THE MAP OF RANCHO BURI-BURI MAP NO. 2.
WHFiREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 22nd
day of June, 1950, pass a resolution declaring its intention to order the vacation of Tunitas
Lane, for the full length thereof, as shown upon that certain map entitled: "RANCHO BURI-BURI
~AP NO. 2, S~ITH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.", which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of San Mateo, California, on July3, 19&7, in Book 27 of Maps at pages 25 to 28
inclusive, and the following easements:
Lots 1, 2, 3, A, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, lA, 15, 16, 17, and 18
in Block 17,
Lots 1, 2, 3, &, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,13, l&, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 21, in Block 18,

above mentioned map;
and, whereas said resolution of intention was published, and notice of the passage of said
resolution of intention was posted in 'the manner and form required by law and by said resolu-
tion of intention, reference being hereby made to the affidavits of RAY VOLKMAN and MYRA R. SPANGLER,
which affidavits are now on file in. said matter in the office of the city clerk of said city,
and are made a part hereof; and

WHEREAS said City Council of said City of South San Francisco has determined and
does hereby determine that said Tunitas Lane is unnecessary for present or prospective public
street p~lrposee, and also that said public utility easements are unnecessary for present or
prospective public utility easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, said city council hereby orders that said Tunitas Lane be, and the
same hereby is vacated, and that the public utility easements hereinbefore designated be, and the
same hereby are vacated.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopt-
ed by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 17th day of July, 1950, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco
Noes, C~Ahcilmen, None.
Absent, Councilmen Emilio Cortesi

meeting of said city council in the city hall of said City of South San Francisco on the 17th
day of July, 19~D, at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m., and whereas there was no protest made against
said proposal; and
