A R~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DETERMINING THE NECESSITY
OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY S~,fER BET~FE~N
CHESTNUT AVENUE AND EL CAMINO REAL.
WHEREAS the City Council of the Cit~,r of So~tb qan Francisco did, on the 30th da~r of
October, 1950, adopt plans and specifications for the construction of a vitrified c].ay pipe sanitary
sewer between Chestnut Avenue and E1 Camino Real; and
I'~!EREAS H. D. Chope, the Director of ?ublic Health and ~felfare of said County of San
Mateo, who performs the duties of ~ealtb officer of said county, has recommended, in writing, the
constructfon of sai~ sanitary sewer as neces 'ary as a health ~easure;
RFSOLVED by the City Council of the Cit~z of South San Francisco that said city council
hereb~.~ finSs th,~t the construction of such sanitary sewer, at the place shown upon the plans hereto-
fore adopted by said city council is neces:~ary as a health measure.
