A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON PETITION
FOR TFRMINATION OF R~'~T qONTROL IN THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
?,~ERFAS a petition for termination of 'rent control in the City of South San Francisco
has been filed with the city clerk of said city, un, er the provisions of the Housin? and R~nt Act
of 1950;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the city council
hereby fixes Monday, December 4, 1950, at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m., in the city council chamber
in the cit~,~ hall of said city as the time and place for hearing on said petition.
The city clerk is hereby directed to publish in the SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ~TERPRISE-
JOURNAL, by one (1) insertion, a notice in substantially the followin~ form:
NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR
TERMINATION OF REWT CONTROL IN THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
Notice is hereby ~iven that a petition for termination of rent control in the City
of South San Francisco has been filed in the office of the city clerk of said city and that said
petition has been set for hearing on Monday, December g, 1950, at the hour of 8 o'clock p. m., in
the council chamber, in the city hall of said city. At said time and place, and person, who may
have any objection to the termination of rent control in said city, may appear and be heard.
