A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE STOP. CREST
CORPORATION Tf) THE CITY OF SOl.H, SAN FRANCISCO
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said bity hereby
accepts that certain deed dated December 18, 1950, wherein THE STONECREST CORPORATION, a corporation
organized under the laws of the State of'California, grsnts to said City of South San Francisco the
real property situated in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Easements for construction, maintenance, repair and replacement sewer lines
and right of ingress and egress to %~ithin portions of those certain lands des-
cribed in the deed from Ken F. Royce to 1~e Stonecrest Corporation dated March
30, 1950 and recorded April 3, 1950 in Book 1829 of Official ~e~ords of San Mateo
County at page 2?8. (iSOSa-I) said easements bein~ more particularly described ss
follows:
PARCEL ONE:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of the Old County Road (Mission
~oad) Ieading from Baden to Colma, said point being the most easterly corner of the
above mentioned lands of ~he Stonecrest CorDoration~ thence from said point of
beginning North 50° 05' 50" West along said line of the Old County Ro~d 18.21
feet; thence leaving said road South AO° ll' 31" West 18A.21 feet to the north-
easterly line of the lands of the Southern Pacific Company: thence So~,theasterly
along said line of the Southern Pacific Company 18.21 feet to the southeasterly
line Of said lands of The Stonecrest Corporation above mentioned; thence North
~0° ll' 31" E~st along the la~t mentioned line 18A.92 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL ~,'~0:
A Strip of land of the uniform ~idth of 10 feet lying contiguous to and north-
westerly from the Southeasterly line of said lands ofThe Stonecrest Corporation
extending from the northeasterly line of the State Highway (El Camino Real) north-
easterly to the southwesterly line of the lands of the City and County of San
Francisco, formerly the Market Street Railway Line ~s described in the deed from
Elizabeth C. Hamlin et ai to John Flournoy dated November 13, 1900 and recorded
in Book 91 of Deeds at page Ti, }{ecords of San Mateo County.
PARCEL THREE:
A strip of land of the uniform width of 10 feet lying contiguous to and
northeasterly from the northeasterly line of the State Highway (El Camino Real)
and extending from the southeasterly to the northwesterly line of said lands
of The Stonecrest Corporation.
The city clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy
of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County ~ecorder of the Co,mty of San mateo,
State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the Jity of South San Francisco on the l~th day of December, 1950, by the
following vote:
