A RESOLUTION GRANTING TO L. BINI A REVOCABLE PERMIT TO
OPERATE A PARKING LOT
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that permission be, and
the same hereby is granted to L. BINI to operate an automobile parking lot upon the land hereinafter
described, but upon the conditions hereinafter stated.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of that tract or parcel of land situate
in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and designated as
follows-.
said land.
COMMENCING at the intersection of the easterly line of Maple Avenue with the
northerly line of Baden Avenue and running thence northerly seventy (70) feet along
the easterly line of Maple Avenue; thence easterly and parallel with the northerly
line of Baden Avenue fifty (50) feet; thence southerly and parallel with the easterly
line of Maple Avenue (70) seventy feet to the northerly line of Baden Avenue; thence
westerly along the northerly line of Baden ~venue to the point of beginning.
The conditions upon which this permit is granted are as follows:
1. Said land shall be used for parking automobiles and for no other purpose.
2. No automobile may be bought, sold or offered for sale or exchanged upon said land.
3. No work of repairing or overhauling any automobile shall be done at any time upon
&. No wrecked c~rs shall be kept at any time upon said land.
5. No lubricating oil, grease, gasoline or any other merchandise shall be sold upon
said land at any time.
6. No service of any kind shall be rendered to any automobile upon said land, other
than theparking of such automobile.
7. The surface of said land shall at all times be kept in a condition suitable for
parking automobiles.
8. The permit hereby granted shall not be assigned.
In the event that said city council may receive information indicating the violation
of any one of said conditions, said city council shall set a date when said L. BINI may appear before
said city council and show cause why this permit should not be revoked. Said city council shall ~ive
to said L. BINI five (5) days' notice of the time and place of such hearing. If, upon such hearing,
said city council may find that any one of said conditions has been violated, this permit shall be
revoked.
