A RESOLUTION OF INT~TION TO VACATE THE P~LIC HIGh~'~AY ADJACENT TO PROPERTY OF THE
STONESON DEV~OP~t~NT CORPORATION IN THE CITY OF SO~H S.~N FRANCISCO.
~Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corp-
oration in the County of San Mateo, State of California, as follows:
Section 1. It is the intention of said City Council to order the following public
highway in said City to be vacated:
A strip of land 20 feet in width lying contiguous to and Southeasterly
of the Northwesterly line of lands described in Deed from Stoneson
Brothers, apartnership, to The Stonecrest Corporation, a California
corporation, dated July 20, 1950 and recorded July 20, 1950 in Book 1902
of official Records of San Mateo County at page 53A (729~8-1) and extend-
ing from the Southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real to the Northeasterly
line of the Junipero Serra Boulevard.
Section 2~ Said City Council hereby fixes Monday, the 2nd day of April, 1951, at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock p,m., in the Council Chamber, City Hall, in s~id C~ty of S~th San Fran-
cisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the time and place for hearing all persons
lntereste~ in, or objecting to, the vacation of s~id public highway.
Section 3, Notices of the passage of this resolution of intention, giving the
time and place of hearing thereon, shall be conspicuously posted along the line of said public
high~my, at not more than THREE H~DRED (300) feet in distance apart, and not less than THREE
(3) in all.
Section A. The action hereby taken by said City Council is pursuant to that certain
act of the Legislature of the $~a~e of California known as the "Street Vacation Act of 19&l," the same
being Division 9, Part 3, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
Section 5. This resolution of intention shall be published by one (1) insertion
in the SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL, a newspaper of general circulation published and
circulated in said City of South,:San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City C~uncil of the City of South San Francisco this ~ day of March , 1951, by the fol-
lowing vote:
