A RESOL!~rION DIRECTING CANCELLATION OF TAXES FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO ON CERTAIN PROPE~TY IN SAID CITY.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the tax liens
on the land hereinafter described be, and the same hereby are cancelled, by reason of the fact
that said city has acquired s~id land fSr municipal purposes.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of those certain parcels of land situate
in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and described as fol-
lows:
PARCEL 1.
That certain parcel of land situate between Block One~(1) and E1 Camino Real and de-
signated "Reserved for Future Highway", as said parcel of land is delineated upon that certain map
entitled "Brentwood Subdivision No. 1 South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California", which map
was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, on July 20,
19&5, in Book 2A of maps at pages 55 and 56.
PARCEL 2.
That certain parcel of land situate between Block No. Seventeen (17) and E1 Camino
Real and designated "Reserved for Future High~ay", as said parcel of land is shown on that certain
map hereinafter mentioned, and that certain parcel of land situate between Block No. Eighteen (18)
and E1 Camino Real and designated "Reserved for Future Highway", as said parcel of land is shown
upon that certain map entitled "Brentwood Subdivision No. 2 South San Francisco, San Mateo County,
California", ~hich map was filed in the ~ffice of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
California, on May 9, 19A6, in Book 25 of maps on pages 50 and
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of March, 1951, by the follow-
ing vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Boido, .Elder, Sani, Bracco, Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
