A RESOL~TION REQUIRR~G POLICE OFFIC~S TO ATTEND SCHOOLS FOR INSTRUCTION.
Whenever a school for the instruction of police officers in their duties as police
officers isheld at any place in the County of San Mateo, or in the City and County of San F~ancisco,
it shall be the obligation of every police officer in the City of South San Francisco to attend all
sessions of such school of instruction at the t~aes which may be prescribed by the Chief of Police,
unless such police officer may be excused from such attendance by said Chief of Police for such rea-
son or reasons as may be deemed by the Chief of Police to be valid.
Failure to attend such school of instruction, as required by this resolution, shall be
cause for suspension of a police officer from the police department of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 2nd day of April, 1951, by the following vote:
