of April, 1951~ adopt a resolution declaring its intention to. order the vacation of the public
highway designated as follows:
A strip of land twenty (20) feet in width lying contiguous
to and Southeasterly of the Northwesterly line of lands
described in Deed from Stoneaon Brothers~ a partnership, to
The Stoaecrest Corporation, A California eorporation~
dated July 20, 1950, and recorded July 20, 19~0 in Book
1902 of Official Records of 8an Hateo County at page ~3~ (72958-1) and
extending from the Southwesterly line of ~1 Camino Real
to the Northeasterly line of the Junipero Serra
AND ~ERF~ said reablution of intention was published ~nd notice of the passage
of said resolution of intention was posted in the manner and form required by law and as
required by said resolution of intention, reference being hereby made to the affidavits of
Aileen Bramble and H~IRY L. $C~EINING, ~hich affidavits are now on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said city; and
WHEREAS a public hearing on said resolution of intention was held at a regular
meeting of said City Council in the City Hall of said City of South San Francisco on the
?th day of May, 1951, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p. m.; and
~HEREAS no protest has been made against the vacation of said public highway;and
~HEREAS said City Council has found and determined and doest hereby find and
determine that the public highway hereinbefore designated is unnecessary for present or
prospective public street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, said City Council hereby orders that the public highway herein-
before designated be, and the aa~e :~ere~ is vacated.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco tht~ 7th day of ~ay, 1951, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph H. Bracco, E~ilio Cortesi
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
