CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
council finds and determines and hereby delcares that:
Public interest and necessity req~uire the construction of a sanitary sewer in and
through the land next hereinafter described.
i RES~VED FURTHER that said City of South San Francisco acquire the real property
nex~ hereinafter described by condemnation in accordance with the provisions of the
Code of Civil Procedure rand the Constitution of the State of California relating to
eminent domain and prepare and prosecute in tha name of the People of the State of
California such proceeding or proceedings in the Superior Court of the State of
California, in and for the County of San Mat6o, as are necessary for such acquisition;
the land ~ st hereinbefore referred to consists of all that certain tract or parcel
of land situate in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and described
as follows:
A strip of land along the northwesterly boundary of parcel of land described in the
deed to Allin McCahon and Rachel McCahon recorded under File No. 81942E, San Mateo
County records, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNIN~i'at the westerly corner of said
Mc~ahon parcel, said point bears South
58~ 45' West 25 feet, No~th 31° 15t West
242.64 feet and North 29u 17~ 18~ West
186.78 feet ~from the westerly corner of
Block F, as shown on that certain map en-
titled, SMap No. I Country Club Park",
recorded..in Book 23 of Maps at Pages.54., 55
and 56, San Mateo County Records;, thence
along the northwesterly line of said l~nds
of McCahon North 60v 30' East 298.75 feet to
the northerly corner of said Z~nds of McCahon~
thence South 63~ 42' 24''~ West 102.43 feet;
thence South 60 30' West 197 feet~ thence
North 29° 17' 18~ West l0 feet to the point
of beginning.
The City Attorney is hereby authorizBd and directed to prepare and fi~ a complaint-~
in eminent domain for the purpose of acquiring the land hereinbefore described and
to c~o all such things~ as may be necessqry to carry into effect the purposes' of this
re s olut ion.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regular meeting
of said City Council, this 23rd day of J~:ly, 1951, by the follow~ng vote:
