OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND ~ODIFICATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South~San Francisco, Calif-
ornia, that the public interest and convenience require, and that it is the intention
of said Council to make the following changes and modifications in the proceedings
under Resolution of Intention No. 1686 adopted by this Council o~ June 6, 1951:
1. Delete the 12-inch sewer line to be constructed from manhole No. 3 in
Country Club Drive southerly to manhole No. i opposite theexisting 10-inch vitrified
clay pipe across Cortez Avenue adjacent to Francisco Terrace and ~hence easterly to
the westerly side of E1 Camino Real, relocating manhole No. i on the westerly side of
E1 Camino Real, and. providing for the construction of 12-inch vitrified clay pipe sewer
line easterly from manhole Nol 3 in Country Club Drive to the westerly side to E1 Camino
Real and thence southerly along the westerly side of E1 Camino Real to the proposed
relocation of manhole No. 1.
2. Delete the 363 feet of extra strength vitrified clay pipe sewer from
manhole Nc. 4 at a p~int 360 feet northerly to the center line of Country Club Drive,
thence northerly 383 feet to ~anhole No. 5 and provide for the construction of stand-
ard 8-inch vitrified clay pipe sanitary sewers in tt~e place thereof.
3. T~hat the Works Engineer of ~aid City make such changes and modificat-
ions either on the face of the plans and specifications and estimate of cost, or by fil-
ing an~ndments thereto.
4. Notice is hereby given t~hat ~onday, the 3rd day of September, 1951, at
the hour of eight o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council
Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and
place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and
modifications and hearing all persons interested therein.
5. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this resolution to be
published once in the South San Z"rancisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general cir-
culation published in said City, and the paper in which the Resolution of Intention was
published.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu~tarly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 6th day of August,
1951, by the following vote:
