A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SEN FRANCISCO WITH RESPECT TO THE
ZONING OF A PORTION OF COUNTRY CLUB PARK, IN THE EVENT OF
THE ANNEXATION OF COUNTRY CLUB PARK TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it is the intention
of the City Council, in the event of the annexation of the land situate in the County of San Ymteo, and known
as Country Club Park to said City, that theland situate between the Brentwood Subdivision and the Southwood
Subdivision and fronting upon the westerly side of E1 Camino Real shall retain the zoning of said land for
commercial purposes, said zoning bein~ the zoning established by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 20th day of AuEust, 1951, by the followin~ vote:
