A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEED FROM JOSFPH F. MANCHA AND
TRUDY A. MANCHA TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby accepts
that certain deed wherein Joseph F. Mancha and Trudy A. Mancha, his wife, grant to said city a right of way
for the construction end maintenance of an outfall sewer in and through all that certain tract or parcel of
land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly line of Country Club Drive, as
shown upon that certain map, "Map No. l, Country Club Park," recorded in
Book 23 of Maps, at Pages 5~, 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records, said
point of beginning bears North 58° &5' Fast 281 feet from the most north-
erly corner of Block A, as shown upon said Map No. l, Country Club Park;
thence along said southeasterly line of Country .~lub Drive North 58 _&5
East lO feet; thence South 31° 15' East 379.60 feet; thence North 58v
~5' East 3& feet to the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real; thence along
said southwesterly line of E1 Cmmino Real South 31° 15' East l0 feet;
thence South 58° dS' West ~4 feet; thence North 31° 15' West 389.60 feet
to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, to~ether v~th a copy of this resolution,
to be recorded ~n the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of CaliTornig.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 2Otb day of August, 1951, by the following vote:
