RESOLU?IONNO. 1711
COND~4NATION RESOLUTION
RE~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city council finds
and determines and hereby declares that:
Public Interest and necessity require the construction of a sanitary sewer in and through the
land next hereinafter described.
RE~OLVED FURTHER that said City of South San Francisco acquire an easement in the real property'
next hereinafter described for the purpose of constructing a sanitary sewer therein, by condennation in accord-
ance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Constitution of the State of California relating
to eminent domain and prepare and prosecute, in the name of the people of the State of California,such proceed-
ing or proceedings in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, as
are necessary for such acquisition; the land last hereinbefore referred to consists of all those certain tracts
or parcels of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California, and
described as follows:
PARCEL I
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying along the northwesterly boundary of the parcel of land
described in the deed to Bruno Lucchesi, recorded under File No. 20736F, San Mateo County Records, more parti-
cularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of said Lucchesi parcel, said point of beginning bears
North 31° 15' West 715.65 feet from the most northerly corner of Block B, as shc~n on that

certain map entitled, "Map No. 1, Country Club Park ~ recorded in Book 23 of Maps at Pages 5&,
55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence South 31v 15' East 10 feet; t_hence South 58° &5'

West 206.18 feet, thence South 27 ~5 West 14&.98 feet, thence North 31 02 50 West 11.69
feet to the most westerly corner of said lands of Lucchesi; thence along the northwesterly
boundary of said lands of Lucchesi North 27° &5' Fast 188.21 feet and North 58° &5' East 208.95
feet to the point of beginning.
PARCE~ II
A strip of land 10 feet in width, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of the parcel of land described in the deed to Bruno
Lucchesi, recorded under File No. 72~10F, San Mateo County Records, said point of beginning
bears North 31° 15' West 715.65 feet from the most northerly corner of Block B, as shown on
that certain map entitled "Map No. 1, Country Club Park" recorded in Book 23 of Maps at Pages
54,55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence along the northerly boundary of said landsof
Lucchesi North 58° ~5' East 291 feet; thence South 31° 15' East 405.65 feet to the southeast-
erly boundary of said lands of Lucchesi; thence South 58° ~5' West 10 feet; thence North 31°
15' West 395.65 feet; thence South 58° &5' West 281 feet; thence North 31° 15' West 10 feet
to the point of beginning.
The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and file a complaint in eminent
domain for the purpose of acquiring the land hereinbefore_described, and to do all such things as may be neces-
sary to carry into effect the purposes of this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this &th day of September, 1951, by the followingvote:
