A RESOLUTION OF INT~2~TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
TO ~ SECTION 5.31 OF ORDINANCE NO. 297 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ADOPTED MAY 8, 1951
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUnCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that it is the intention
of said city council to amend Section 5.31 of Ordinance No. 297 of the City of South San Francisco~ en-
titled: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SUBDIVISION R~GULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO", adopted
by said City Council, on the 8th day of May,1950, so that said Section 5.31 shall, as amended, read as
follows:
5.31 The size and shape of lots shall be inconformitywith any zoning regulations
effective in the area of the proposed subdivision and shall not be less than forty (&O)
feet in width, nor less than three thousand six hundred (3600) square feet in area; pro-
vided that, for corner lots, the width shall not be less than forty-five (&5) feet. The
planning commission may recommend the granting of exceptions to this provision, where lots
are to be used for commercial or industrial purposes or where there are unusual topo-
graphical conditions, curved or cul-de-sac streets or other special conditions.
Said City Council hereby refers, this resolution to thePlanning Commission of said city for
its consideration and report.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to deliver a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of
the Planning Commission of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 17th day of September, 1951, by the following vote:
