A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING DEE~ FROM ANTONIO M. MOR~MO TO THE CITY OF SOUIH SAN FRANCISCO.
RE~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city hereby
accepts that certain ~deed, dated July 10, 1951, wherein ANTONIO M. MORENO grants to said city a right of
way for the construction and maintenance of an outfall sewer in and through all that certain tract or
parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and
described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width lying along the northwesterly boundary of the parcel of
land described in the deed to Antonio M. Moreno, recorded under File No. 8286I, San Mateo County records,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of said Moreno parcel, said point bears South 58° 45'
West 25 feet, North 31° 15" West 242.6~ feet and North &5° 11' 15" West 194.58 feet from the
most westerly corner of Lot 2, Block E, as shown on the map entitled, "MAP NO. 1, COUNTRY CLUB
PARK", recorded in Book 23 of Maps at Pages 54, 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence
along the northwesterly boundary of said lands of Moreno North 27° 45' East &lO feet to the
most northerly corner of said lands of Moreno; thence South 31° 02' 50" ~ast 11.69 feet; thence
South 27° 45' West 405.87 feet; thence South 49° 30' West 1.10 feet; thence North 45° 11' 15"
West 10.03 feet to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed, together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 2Oth day of September, 1951, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Charles K. Elder, Adolph Sani
Noes, Councilmen, None
Absent, Councilmen Joseph Bracco, Emilio Cortesi
