A RESOLUTION OVERPJ~LING PROTESTS AGAINST ASSESSME~f FOR :YORK PER-
FORMED I~NDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1525.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that all protests
made against the assessment made by the Superintendent of Streets of the City of South
SaN Francisco upon the property declared to be benefited by the public improvement work
mentioned in Resolution of Intention No. 1525, which resolution~ of intention was adopted
by the City COUncil of said city on the 20th day of March, 1950, be, and the same ~ereby
are overruled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduceda~d adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 3rd day of December, 1951, by the following
vote:
Ayes, Councilmen Victor Boido, Chmrles X. Elder, Adolph Sani, Joseph Bracco, Emilio Cortesi
