A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREETS AND EAS~PI~ IN WINSTON MANOR NO. 2, IN THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 17th day of December,
1951, adopt a resolution declaring its intention to order the vacation of the following streets and easements
in that said subdivision known as "WINSTON MANOR NO. 2", as shown upon the map thereof filed in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, on May 28, 1951, and recorded in Volume 33 of
Maps at Pages 28 and 29 to be vacated:
1. Dundee Drive from the southwesterly line of Longford Drive to the
northeasterly line of ClaryAvenue;
2. Dunman Way from the southeasterly line of Sutton Avenue to the
northwesterly line of Dundee Drive;
3. The five (5) foot overhang easement in Block 15;
4. The anchor easement in Block 15, Block 16 and Block 17;
5. The anchor easement in Block 18 on Dundee Drive.
AND WHEREAS said resolution of intention was published and notice of the passage of said
resolution of intentiou was posted in the manner and form required by law aud as required by said resolution
of intention, reference being hereby made to the affidavits of HAZEL TAVENER and HENRY L. SCRWEINING, which
affidavits are now on file in the office of the city clerk of said city; and
WHEREAS a public hearing on said resolution of intention was held at a regular meeting of said
City Council in the City Hall of said City of South San Francisco on the 7th day of January, 1952, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock po m.; and
WHEREAS no protest has been made against the vacation of said public streets and easements; and
WHHREAS said City Council has found and determined and does hereby find and determine that the
public streets and easements hereinafter designated are unnecessary for present or prospective public thorough-
fare purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, said City Council hereby orders that the public streets and easements herein-
before designated be, and the same hereby are vacated.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 21st day of January, 1952, by the following vote:
