Drive-In Theatres Corporation, a corporation organized add existing under the laws
of the State of California, con?eys to said City of South San Francisco all that
certain tract or parcel of land situate in te City of South San Francisco, i]ounty
of San Mateo, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of that certain 1~.679 acre tract of
land described in the deed from South San Francisco La'~d and Improvement
Company, a corporation, to the San Fra~cisco Dribble-In Theatres Corporation,
a core,oration, and recorded in Book 1~3 of 0fffcia_,_ Records of San Mateo

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted b~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 18th day of
