AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 1746 AN ORDER PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS, PRESCRIBING THE
DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND THE INTEREST COUPONS

RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1484
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that Section I of
Resolution No. 1746 adopted by the City Council ouMarch 3, 1952, be, and the same is hereby, ameuded to
read as follows:
"Section 1. That bonds be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments in the amount of
Twenty-six Thousand One hundred Fifty-four and 50/100 Dollars ($26,154.50), in accordance with said Improve-
ment Act of 1911 and amendments thereto, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments thereto, under
and pursuant to the resolutions, notices and proceedings duly adopted and taken by said City Council; said
bonds shall be called ,Improvement Bonds' and shall be dated January 22, 1952 and bear interest at the rate of
five per cent (54) per annum, co~nencing on the 5th day of October, 1950, and shall be thirty (30) in number in
the following denominations:
