HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1751-1952DENOM~NATT 0N OF RESOLUTION NO. 1751 A RESOLUTION C0~NG ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT WORK PEHFOF~ED UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1666, ADOPTED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL ON THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE, 1951 WEEREAS no person has protested in writing to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco with reference to the assessment made by the Superintendent of Streets upon the property declared to be beueflted by the public improvement work described in Resolution of Intention No. 1666, adopted by the said City Council ou the 6th day of June 1951; but WHEREAS there were a number of oral protests at the public hearing held in connection with the confirmation of such assessment; and ~ in response to such protests said assessment has been revised so as to reduce certain - of the assessments, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said assessment as revised be, and the same hereby is, confirmed-. The Superintendent of Streets of said city is 'hereby directed to deliver to the contractor which performed the improvement work mentioned in said resolution of intention, said assessment, to which shall be attached a ~arrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the several assessments upon said work, in the m~uner and form required by law.
